Frequently Asked
Questions

Everything you need to know before applying for your child's Elite Performance Evaluation.

1Why don't you offer beginner classes?+
Our programs are designed for students who already have previous experience in dance, gymnastics, cheerleading or another performance discipline. Rather than teaching the basics, our focus is on refining technique, improving movement quality and helping young performers reach the next level of development.
2Why don't you offer drop-in classes?+
Consistent, progressive training is essential for long-term improvement. For this reason, we do not offer drop-in classes. Students enroll in structured programs designed to build strength, flexibility, control and technical quality over time.
3What age groups do you work with?+
Our programs are designed primarily for motivated dancers, gymnasts and performers between the ages of 8 and 14. Placement is based on physical readiness, training experience and evaluation results — not age alone.
4What if my child is already very flexible?+
Flexibility alone is not enough. Many young performers have excellent flexibility but lack the strength, stability and body control needed to use it safely and effectively. Our training focuses on developing flexibility together with strength, posture and movement quality for long-term performance and injury prevention.
5Does my child have to compete?+
No. Our programs are designed for students who are committed to improving their physical and technical abilities. While many students compete, others simply want to build a stronger foundation and reach their personal potential.
6What if my child is preparing for a competition?+
Our Competitive Performance Program is specifically designed to complement competition preparation. Training focuses on technical refinement, posture, alignment, flexibility, strength, execution, stage presence and performance quality — helping students perform at their highest level.
7How long does it take to see results?+
Every student progresses differently. With consistent attendance and commitment, many families begin noticing improvements in posture, body control, flexibility and movement quality within the first several weeks. Long-term, sustainable development remains our primary goal.
8How often should my child attend?+
For the best results, we recommend two training sessions per week. This allows students to develop consistently while balancing their existing dance, gymnastics or cheer schedules.
9What should my child wear?+
Students should wear fitted athletic or dance attire that allows full freedom of movement. Hair should be securely tied back, and jewelry should be removed before training.
10How do I know if this program is the right fit?+
That's exactly why every student begins with a Complimentary Elite Performance Evaluation. Following the assessment, Teodora will provide professional feedback and recommend the training pathway best suited to your child's current level, goals and long-term development.
11What is the ultimate goal of the program?+
Our mission goes beyond improving flexibility or preparing students for their next competition. We aim to develop stronger, healthier and more technically refined performers by building the physical foundation that supports long-term success in dance, gymnastics and other performance disciplines.
